Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of goods and their delivery through the website tunmarket.am. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted them.

1. Seller

2. Products and prices

  • Product descriptions, photos and prices are published on the website. Prices are in Armenian drams (AMD) and are the prices at the moment of ordering.
  • Photos are illustrative. Colours and packaging may differ slightly from the actual product.
  • If a price or description contains an obvious error, we will contact you to confirm or cancel the order.

3. Placing an order

You choose the products, add them to the cart, enter your contact and delivery details and confirm the order. After the order is accepted you receive a confirmation, and you can follow its status in your account. We may contact you to clarify details.

4. Payment

  • By card online: Visa, Mastercard and ArCa cards, in AMD, on the secure payment page of the bank (IDBank) with 3D Secure confirmation. Card data is not available to the seller.
  • After shipping / on delivery: you pay when the order is delivered or handed over to you.

5. Delivery

  • Yerevan: 1,500 AMD, 1–3 business days. Delivery is free for orders of 200,000 AMD or more.
  • Other regions of Armenia: 4,000 AMD up to 200 km and 7,000 AMD over 200 km, 3–5 business days.
  • The exact cost and term are shown at checkout before you confirm the order. See also Delivery Information.
  • Please check the goods upon receipt, in the presence of the courier. Report any damage or shortage immediately.

6. Cancellation and return

Cancellation of orders and return of goods are governed by our Cancellation and Return Policy.

7. Warranty

Goods are covered by the manufacturer’s or seller’s warranty, where it is provided for the product. Warranty terms are stated in the product documentation.

8. Liability

The seller is liable for the quality of the goods in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia. The seller is not liable for delay caused by circumstances beyond its control or by wrong contact or address details provided by the customer.

9. Personal data

Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Processing Policy.

10. Disputes and applicable law

These terms are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia. We try to resolve any complaint by negotiation first: write to info@tunmarket.am. Unresolved disputes are settled in court in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

11. Changes

The seller may change these terms. The version published on the website at the moment of ordering applies to that order.
