Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information tunmarket.am (“Tun Market”, “we”) collects when you use the website, why we collect it and how we protect it. The website is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Hrachya Muradyan (Tax ID: 82106098), Yerevan, Artsakh St. 24/53, Armenia.

1. Information we collect

  • Order and delivery details: first and last name, phone number, e-mail address, delivery address, the delivery location you confirm on the map, company name (optional) and comments to your order.
  • Account details: name, e-mail, phone number, password (stored only in encrypted form) and your order history, if you create an account.
  • Messages: information you send us through the contact form, by phone or by e-mail.
  • Newsletter: your e-mail address, if you subscribe.
  • Technical data: cookies needed to keep your cart, language and currency selection.

2. How we use it

  • to accept, process, deliver and support your orders;
  • to contact you about your order;
  • to answer your questions and handle complaints and claims;
  • to send newsletters, only if you subscribed (you can unsubscribe at any time);
  • to meet legal and accounting obligations.

3. Card payments

If you pay by card, you are redirected to the secure payment page of the bank (IDBank, ArCa processing) and confirm the payment with 3D Secure. Your card number and other card details are entered only on the bank’s page. They are never seen, received or stored by Tun Market.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share only what is necessary with: the bank that processes card payments; delivery partners who deliver your order; map and routing services that calculate the delivery distance from the address you entered; and state bodies, when required by law.

5. Cookies

The website uses only the cookies required for its operation (cart, session, language and currency). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Storage and security

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law. We use technical and organisational measures, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.

7. Your rights
