Personal Data Processing Policy

This policy describes how personal data of the users and customers of the website tunmarket.am is processed, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia on the protection of personal data.

1. Data controller

2. Categories of personal data

First and last name; phone number; e-mail address; delivery address and the delivery location confirmed on the map; company name; order composition and history; login credentials; content of messages sent to us.

3. Purposes of processing

• concluding and performing the sale and delivery contract;
• payment processing and refunds in the cases provided by law;
• customer support, handling of complaints and claims;
• informing about offers, if the person has consented;
• compliance with legal, tax and accounting requirements.

4. Legal basis

The data subject’s consent, which is given by submitting the order form, registration form, contact form or newsletter form with the personal data fields filled in, and the need to perform a contract to which the data subject is a party.

5. Operations performed

Collection, recording, systematisation, storage, use, transfer to the persons listed in section 6, blocking and deletion of personal data, with and without the use of automated means.

6. Transfer to third parties

Personal data may be transferred only to: the bank processing card payments (IDBank / ArCa); delivery partners, to the extent needed to deliver the order; map and routing services, to calculate the delivery distance; state bodies, in cases provided by law. Personal data is not sold or used for any other purpose.

7. Retention period

Personal data is stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of processing and the period required by tax, accounting and consumer-protection legislation. After that it is deleted or anonymised.

8. Rights of the data subject

The data subject has the right to receive information about the processing of their data, to demand correction, blocking or deletion of data that is incomplete, outdated or unlawfully obtained, to withdraw consent and to appeal to the Personal Data Protection Agency or to court. Requests are sent to info@tunmarket.am and are answered within the term established by law.

9. Protection measures

We apply organisational and technical measures against unauthorised access, modification, disclosure and destruction of data, including encrypted connections, restricted staff access and password hashing.
